Aiyooo! What is wrong with the background on my blog? *Faintz* Dearsss, long time no update liao. Better late than never ,right? So much to say, so little time. I had enjoy myself very much on sis's wedding, 17 Dec 2010! Walking around the ballroom with my champagne majiam my wedding like dat. Lol. It's so wonderful to see that she had found the perfect man! How happy she looked walking down the aisle. Will upload photos of her wedding day soon!

Arrgghh... need to do last min X'mas shopping! Just done up the x'mas tree at home! Feeel great! I'm getting excited about 2011! I don't like to squander time! I'm pretty close to maybe doing something special. haha... Hmm... What was it? *Thinking* Life is perfect and i love it.

I alway think, it's easy to depend on technology to learn without cracking brains. I just realised relying too much on GPS can nv learn cos i can nv rmb the way. I've decided to learn thru the hard way from now. Street directory! Last Thursday, i brought my car down to Ford for servicing then took a cab to work. The cab driver using GPS! He look damn blur and i was quite worry for him. =.=" He makes me reflect on myself, looking dumb.
Went back to pick my car after work and manage find my way back to Tuas to pick hubby, using street directory. Well Done! Not as hard as i thought actually? zzz...

This week, nothing great happened apart from rushing rushing and rushing... I almost forgot something. Heess...Japan and Taiwan trip next week! Long wait. Cheer up Joey! It's going to be a town-hopping shopping trip this time! kaka.. Even thou it was a tough week for me. Hubby is someone that i look forward to meet at end of the day. See his kuku face makes me happy. To have dinner together than back home to catch our drama. Times is not enough. By the time we reach home it's already 8pm. Only can watch 2 episodes then orh orh liao. Just finish watching 下一站,幸福. The little boy damn cute. Very nice and toucing show but i find that the storyline of Taiwan drama is quite predictable ley... Like i can already predict what's gonna happen next. What do you think?

Haze was really bad at Tuas area, PSI is above100 right? Bad air bad air... Was super moody these few days. i was getting impatient with myself as i was rushing to get everything done and then make more mistakes. I'm sick again for the whole week and always find it hard to sleep for the last couples of nights. Eye swell the next morning after taking medication.Worst of all, mense came at the same time and caused me mood swings, yet hubby still come and provoked me to anger! Its even worse when i got cramps because then i'm twice as miserable. How to cope with anger and depression like this! I was planning to kill myself on the 32nd Oct 2010 actually.
is going on with me...

But had changed my mind after today. Thank you for the lovely gift.

I wasn't prepared for that question, got a shock and just replied :

"We will have a baby puppy when we're back from our holiday trip on Nov!" =)

Hello Dudes and friends! Just came back from dinner at a very 'uh lu' kopidiam in between Bukit Gombak and CCK, nice food. Quite happening actually.

Here's my recent collection of dresses for work and play. I've been buying alot of dresses lately, save the hassle of mix and match mah. Price range from $12 to $69. Can you tell which are $12 and which are $69??? Muhahaa!

I have recently changed my hair colour from ash to dark copper brown, very close to black. I think darker hair looks better with my tanned skin. My previous ash colored hair doesn't match my skin and it makes me look kinda 'Ah Lian'

The sale lady told us that we won't find the same piece of design anywhere els before we decided to but it. Guess what! I found the exact same one at my sister-in-law place. Such a Coincidence! I quickly called up the shop and the lady told me "No exchange" even thou we don't mind to top up some cash for it. She claimed that she was told by her boss and she'll get scolding if she do the exchange for me. I told her that she should &&^%$ her boss for giving her false information. (i actually suspected she's the boss herself lah pls...)Went back to the shop and do an exchange after making a big fuss over the phone. Now i won't expect to to be the only person who own this beautiful piece alright...

This is weird... it isn't me because i love myself way too much.... lol. Well i think it's good to have confident, but don't get too cocky huh. It reminds me of a guy who likes to show off his credit cards and sports cars to the girls, pretending to be smart and always claim alot of girls drooled over him and so on... Lol. Dear Diary, I was hoping to relax this year, but it has been quite the opposite. I'm not sure what i've been busy with! Ok maybe it's the wedding stuff plus the new job scope? Sale job is not really tough for me, even thou i have to deal with different kinds of people, it's not new to me anymore. Sometimes i may need to appear tough in order to get the sale. Luckily, bosses and colleagues had made my job easier. I'm passionate about sales and love to meet people, so i guess i'm enjoying it for the time being. Yah, it allows me to learn at my own pace but i'm getting very impaitent, very persistence and thick skinned.
I think I was just blesses with the natural ability to just not care what others think about me. I’m just honest with myself. I’m the type of person who’d wear what I want, listen to what I want, becos... i feel great and i want it. I don't try too hard to blend in. So pls don't compare me with others becos it doesn't work on me. Someone told me that i take things too lightly but hey, it doesn’t mean that i don’t care.
"Being comfortable is not about what you look like, but how you feel." Yes I still want to make a good impression, as much as possible, but i am ok with the fact that there will be haters, and insecure people. I am fine, i know who i am, i am not afraid to speak my mind, and if someone doesn’t like it..so be it. *Wana friend friend don't wana friend don friend lor.* (Childish) i know.. who cares

Darn it! Egypt trip won't happen this year! Hubi says over budget for year 2010! Sad Sad Sad......... =(

Even thou i was a little disappointed at first but i will still be a good girl and i'll not complain. So where are we going this year? I wana go get a tan can? But if you still prefer Taiwan or Hk i'm fine with it too kies.. No matter where you go, i'll follow you! "It's the journey, not the destination." I always trust that hubby will manage his finance well and that's why I have always left it to him, who is much wiser and better than me in this aspect. He's a man who makes me feel safe and secure with. I know i'm really a lucky girl and i don't ever take it for granted. :)

Food Food Food!!!

I've been eating to much lately. As we grow older, our body metabolism decrease. That's why i'm putting on weight already! *Hump* I know variety and balance are important attributes of a healthful eating plan. But i just can't resist temptation! Usually i'll do this, I cut down on rice intake when there is too much red meat on the table. I would select smaller portions of meat and larger portion of veg. Though i'm a veg lover but i cant do w/o meat as well. I was wondering if I should really need to cut out meat entirely?

Finally, found something we like for our living area. I love the design very much but didn't expect hubby to bought it w/o a second thought. Really happy to know we got the same taste!

Well, I'll be offically Mrs Joey soon. Not just in the eye of law but in the eye of our parents and relatives. It's going to be another stage of life and although I know it's not going to be easy, but I want to make it all worthwhile. Feeling "Happiness" is what i meant by all worthwhile. Baby, let's do it together! We've being tru so much hardship before. There are time we feel like there is no way but to end it. Sometimes we do feel life is so unfair, but I think it's not our job to make things fair rite? It's not going to work rite! Because life isn't fair mah! Baby is asleep and I'm cutting my own hair! Haaha.. My hair was just past shoulder length all the time now. All one length and exactly what I wanted so I just needed the ends trimed up. I saw alot of people doing hair extension and I can do it when I feel like having long hair again. =D Cool..

Err... I know my face look quite oily becos i just reach home not long ago. Have not taken my shower yet. *Ops*

It's mum's birthday today, but I didn't do anything about it. I didn't prepare neither gift nor celebrate for her, but just let her do things she likes to do and choose whoever she wana be with. It's not that I have forgot but rather I choose not to mention. Why? Becos occasions isn't important to her. Perhaps she's too busy to remember everything about us, how did she remember to care?

This pic was taken last Thursday when sis msg if I was able to meet her for dinner. Went to meet her at Far East plaza because my appointment was just opposite it across the street. Some personal issues to share with her. Haiz... it's a headache but don't wana talk about it here. Anyway, Wooo! Have not been there for for shopping a long while. Thought I will buy alot of clothings from there, didn't expect myself getting just 1 casual top. Joanne got herself nothing at all. It seems like it's no longer the right place for us to shop?

I'm so inlove with my new toy, Canon Ixus130! There are some interesting function that I can play with. I love photography but I'm not an expert and I don't know all the photography tips and tricks. So these functions can be quite new to me.

Bumped into pretty Wendy and she was kinda excited when she sees my camera and she goes "Oh is there a fish eye function on your camera?" Yes there is a distortion effects which will makes you look round and ugly. How cool~ I replied

I always prefer Hongkong drama as their story is more realistic and touching. But lately, I started liking Taiwan drama. Been busy watching 海派甜心! Baby and I were so addicted to it and we finish the whole series within a week. Very funny, cute and touching. Childish at the beginning but makes me laugh and cry alot...haha. Hubby was down with serious food poisoning since yesterday night, vomiting accompanied by diarrhea. It is so painful in my heart to see him in this condition. I was actually mad at him this morning but see his ke lian face, forgive him liao. He only want bread and kaya for lunch so i went to bought some for him, and myself having the same. Cooked porridge for dinner but he didn't eat much and complaint too salty. My cooking standard dropped.:( It was good whenwe were the in Uk. I still have those pics with me now. Haha...

The foot massage package with Citibella comes with a free make over and photoshoot (it takes less than 1 min to shot =.=). I was lazy to go but the voucher is almost expired so hubby brought me there yday. I didn't like the shots because they photoshop my photo and it doesn't look like me at all. I immediately removed the make up as it caused itchiness and the fake lashes looking so unnatural on me.

Got some rashes on my cheek when i woke up this morning. :((

Sucha busy busy year this year and i didn't even realise it's already March! So super busy untill not time to meet my darling girls :( Miss them so much already. Went for the trail make up and gown fitting last Saturday as well as attending Ah mah's birthday celebration in the evening time. I so love all my gowns especially the custom made evening gown! Yuhhhhuuu! haha~ The make up seems abit too thick and too fair for my skin tone. =s Hope to get a better tone on the actual day. It's gonna be this coming Thursday!! Praying for a sunny weather! =D

As usually, wake at about 3pm on Saturday. Baby work on Sat morning so he can buy me lunch.:p I love to sleep and i'm good at it. Ha... Then housework time after taken my lunch. I woke earlier this week as we need to do some shopping in town. Talk about work, manage to get another residential project last week. Need to submit the drawings by Wed!! A 23 storey building, not a major one but better than nothing ok! Happy! Boss want me to do sale in the long run and claim that i will get a chance to transfer back from marketing to sale so that I can get my commission! Sounds like opportunity, but... Sale job is tough! Has to do inspection on site, reports, stocks, headaches. I told hubby abt it and he's worry about my health and not sure if i can cope cos he says I'm like a 大小姐. =.=z No lor! Used to be but no longer one hor. haha~ Actually I'm quite comfortable with my current job and salary but who would mind a fatter income?? No one owes me a good life, I work hard for it. But If my work becomes my life, there will be no balance right? Dear God, please lead me the way because your way is always the best way.

Enlarge eye ball and make ur eye looks bigger!! Er... I got to know it recently from the sale person when collecting my spec, kinda out-dated. :p I only know about colour lenses. Sunday seems to be my "must blog" day.
An unpleasant event happened in my family which caused me worry and sleepless nights.
But Praise God eveything is fine and back to normal now. :)
I didn't work very hard for the past one week, i just couldn't focus enuff.
Unplanned Scheduling, got lost while driving, very lousy and frustrating week!
Anyway, I got my rant out of the way and I feel better.
I'm going to collect my ring tomorrow, *happie* (Baby want me to choose btw upgrading my ring or Chanel bag-only can have one) so it's ring without a second thought, cos the date for upgrade is gonna expire liao.
But i still got my favourite Chanel Chevron (in thicker gold hardware and bigger cc logo. Sui lah!=pp) without him knowing it. Sorry bibi...:(*Ongg gugu Ong guguu* I promise I won't shop for the next 2 months ok!

Anw, i still don't feel like an adult, can't believe i'm going to give out angbao soon!!! haha...

Baby and i just came back from KL short getaway! Got my heels (i'm gonna show u that lovely heels!) and white top for our wedding photoshoot on March. He booked a suite at the Pacific Regency Hotel. It was a big room!! Ya it's nice but i'm not sure why i find a little creepy. On some quiet nights, there would be sounds of people grinding something upstairs, also able to hear some noise coming out loud and soft like weeeeeeeeeee WEE wee WEEE, sounds like an echo and it's extremely unpleasant to listen to. Erm... hubby says noise came out while the air-con is on. Anw he would never hear it as he is a deep and i'm a light sleeper. But I've been to so many places before and never heard of such unusual noise. All i do is to pray and try to get to sleep. (Joey and her imagination?) haha...

We tried the Aroma oil body massage at the hotel and it was really relaxing. Some therapist does is too painful, ticklish and uncomfortable and at some points I was trying very hard not to laugh! Don't like it. This is more gentle and calming, i got so addicted to it! Any recommendation for Aroma oil Body Massage package in Singapore? I wana sign up a cheap and good package can!! Baby just signed up a foot massage package but... don't like people to squeeze my foot. ha..

So enjoy the company trip to Hokkaido and Tokyo! Arrrgghh especially with the craziest pple around makes me even crazier. Fun fun fun~ It's true that things in Japan are a little on the expensive side, but everything is of the best quality! Things made in Japan gives assurance of their high quality. I love bags!! And I am quite brand-conscious, mainly because of the quality. My heart was racing really fast when I saw the bags they sale in Japan!!! Not all for myself but most of it. haa...

Group photos! Cute with kimono? This is a common attire, and most Japanese wear it during their entire stay in the hotel, when going to the hot spring baths and even for meals. We had to enter the hot spring bath naked, with only a small towel to cover up the important parts of our body. Lol. We're going for the hot spring bath after the photo taking session! Viewing snow from hot spring-bath is memorable experience, with stars twinkling above us! Well, all of us has seen each others naked body... haiz... 没想到我会有今天=.="....

Went to do some x'mas shopping with hubby last weekend and guess what we've got for our home? We both were staring at something for a long time. Today my colleague asked why did i look so shag recently? Yesterday my skirt behind never zip up properly, today i didn't realise that my shirt was half way tucked.=.= And then i was so lazy to put on light make up!=S

Maybe because of having too much fun with colleagues during my KL trip last week, for 2 nights i slept around 5am! Then for the past few night my body alarm only rang me to sleep at 1am. KL trip was crazy! Boss brought us to spa message, i shared a room with Audrey. We can see each other's naked lah, dunno if she sees my ** but nvm, nothing much to see also. lol. We went club the first day and then ktv the following day. They kept laughing at me and says i was full of nonsense when i drink and didn't treat boss like a boss (luckily never get fired), i pushed my boss head while playing 5/10! Play untill siao liao... hahaha! Helloo... i don't get drunk easily hor, only high high and became siao siao nia. Can still go for supper after drinking hor? =DD Angie vomitted like hell cos she kept losing to me. Feel so happy to make her drink alot. wahahah!

I don't get too affected with criticisms because negative criticism can make me improve my skills? I will tend to ask myself if i'm really at fault, if so then accept it, correct it and shout up if you refuses to say 'sorry'. Everyone makes mistake? Unless you think too highly of yourself then forget it. (Criticism should only be done with the goal of helping the other person improve, if it only does it to hurt or ruin reputation, just ignore and let them say whatever they want if it makes them feel better because they are the miserable people =< sighz). Noone is perfect, neither m i? I don't let anything hold me back. I work hard but I don't struggle against things. I would rather go for a lower paid job than a highly paid if it doesn't make me happy. God will make a way. I know the true meaning of love and friendship, I cherish the good ones and advoid those who will hurt me.(i couldn't care less if anyone feels dat i'm heartless or whatsoever because i don't live for anyone, it's my life) If you don't even know how to recongize who are they, it'a lose-lose situation..=( Don't you think so?
I make new friends but never forget the old ones who helped me to build my life for the past 10 to 15 years. (U GALS ROCK!!) What more could i ask for?

Cruising with my Baby and parents in-law last weekend. It's time to relax again. Went to casino and try our luck. Baby lose about $400 and myself $50! =.=z My $50 gone down the drain..totally $450 gone down the sea... Why are drivers refusing to give way? And why m i always giving way? That's unfair~ A shit head see me coming straight and yet he still drive straight out and make me almost langa! No wonder why hubby told me in Singapore, if he wanna switch lanes, he DON'T give signal in advance! Singaporeans don't have a extensive driving experience in foreign countries where rules are to be respected. I met one young "4 eye fatty monkey" taxi driver trying to play afool with me, obstructing my way. Kept having the same speed as me. When i increase my speed, he also speed up, when i reduce my speed, he followed. How to switch lane like this??! I was so frustrated that i accelerate even faster and overtake that 4 eye fat monkey and finally i was driving on my lane and infront of that fat monkey! He then try to drive pass me and switch back to the lane in front of me! =.= Madness! Omg just let the kid to take his time to grow. =.=z No customer so too free liao. It is understandable if 'Ah pek' don't give way, but Where Have All the Gentlemen Gone? so so so not cool... Shit head!

Today is only Tuesday, i already need my weekend to recharge. I need to attend church to recharge so dat i can stop nagging like an old lady. Pray that i can get that project tomorrow... motivation motivation... zzz...

Halloween seems to be increasingly celebrated in Singapore as can be seen by the massive long queues outside popular night clubs, whereas in Europe, you can see people walking on streets in the weirdest outfits! During my stay in Glasgow, I've met some creepy people in the lift and it's kind of freak me out! LOL! It seems crazy to think of but that's just what Halloween is all about. I'm starting to miss the Halloween night in Glasgow. Haha!

Dear Diary, wondering why am i feeling so tired recently? Is there a lump growing in my brain or something? *Touch wood* I am growing concerned. Pray not. My bebe was so engrossed with his new toy (TV set), managing his financial planning and budgeting in an excel sheet for hours. Besides discussing about getting a part time maid, our new clothes dryer machine and work stuff, any other interesting topics? I'm needing his full attention. Well, I won't give him mine untill he gives me his, it works both ways isn't it. *Hump* I don't mean to sound so pessimistic. In fact i'm not pessomistic, I'm just being realistic.

Looking on the bright side. My hubby is a serious person in the marriage but he does know how to enlighten himself from time to time. Sometimes, it takes a serious person in a relationship to keep it on the straight and narrow. I think the serious person is generally the one that makes the right decisions on finances for the future and so on. It good to be serious but not too serious all the time otherwise i'll go crazys. At least bebe would still laugh at my lame jokes. =p My reply will mostly be "Ok" as long bebe discuss with me what to consider before deciding it. Giving due respect to each other is important. (For the over-confident people out there ~ Don't think you're always right because over-confidence can lead to failure!)

Just having a little browze through friend's blogs, stranger's blogs and other shopping blogs before i start searching for informations online, related to work. Erm... i didn't like to shop online because the quality is always disappointing. =S Looks nice on the model of course. Randomly click and saw so many interesting website and blog designs! I love to see how people beautify their website. I would say beautiful blog design together with good content will be a cool one! My mother in-law came to my house and she's cooking for us. Last weekend was doubly productive. We manage to finish ALOT of outstanding work for the house.. Choosen the wallpapper for masterbed room @ Good rich, troubleshooting light problems (Don't buy a house before you have Wired Electrical Services do a complete and thorough inspection. *Headache*) and bought some electronic products which to be delivered this weekend, plus a variety of problems and issues have also been resolved. *Phew* Gotta do a very xiong house cleaning this Friday! *Sweat* Any volunteer? *Giggle*

I met up with Joanne, elder brother, sis in-law and baby nephew at the Suntec city last week. It's always nice to spend time with family and loves. It a warm feeling. After being married, I didn't like the feeling of being drift away from my parents and siblings. I want to stay close with them no matter how busy i am because i love and miss them all the time. Well, mummy is always busy with her own stuff and at times, we feel neglected. My bro and i would get a little pissed off whenever she's not able to meet up. Well bro, let's forgive her, i'm sure she will make time for us. As a single parent, i'm still glad that she is not weepy but strong enough to stand on her own decision and go on with life, it's not gonna be easy without guidance from God in every situation. Recently, i've got a good news from a gf of mine! After much struggling, she has met the right guy. She gave the relationship to God and trusted that He would work something out for her. Yes you're right gal! Without God, we nothing. =)

I wish that my younger bro and sis could visit me more often when i got a house of my own. Baby will be the financial controller and i'll be the the decision maker of the house. He will give me a budget for all thing we are going to get. If i really really like the design when it is slightly.... over our budget, then he'll close one eye and let me have it. ^,* I love you!

I was on half day leave today. Baby came to pick me up at my office and we headed to Balestier road area which is well known for many shops selling light. We been there a no of times and finally found something we like today. We bought 5 lighting. We also manage to get our lovely crystal element bed as well! heehee... I told the sale person that i'll get people to do crystal inspection and see if they are real. He almost fainted. Haha... Anw i'm quite convinced by his "sale talk". We had just decided the paint colour for the walls. With so many wonderful colors to choose from it can be quiet difficult to decide what to use or how i want my living room to look. Hope i didn't make the wrong choice. Gotta furnish the whole house early next week. Most importantly is to get our masterbed room done up first so that we could move in quick. Got a super nice plasma TV for our room! Gonna lookout for wallpaper this Saturday! =D Less worry now. =) *Happy*

PET bottle milk tea

I bought this PET bottle milk tea and some tibits from the Muji store at Marina square while waiting for Joanne . I'm a fan of Muji! Simply love their stuff and i may consider buying something from there for my new home too. I asked the cashier are those milk tea drink for human or pet? (Just kidding) Nice! Even Joanne likes it. I finished the whole bottle and went back to get 1 more for baby. hehe... Must try lah!

Dear Diary, seems like it's done nothing but rain here for the last couple of weeks. A series of events happened recently. Firstly, i went to meet some architects in town and it was raining like mad. Makes me feel so clumsy as i have to carry 2 boxes of samples, drawings and etc. I wish to have 3 hands so that the 3rd one can carry an umbrella. Well, I don't like to carry umbrella cause it's heavy and everytime I carry it, it never rains anyway. The cab driver was nice to help me out abit. Yesterday, i received an email from someone i have not seen and contact with for the past 5 years! Really suprised and dun't really know what to reply. Lol. Just pray that he is doing well and may God bless him and his family. This morning, i received a message from another friend in UK. I wana thank him for being nice and take great care of me during my stay there. Yes, he has been such a great pal! I'm sincerely treating him as a friend and hoping to be treated back the same, no more than that ok? Your message is quite mushy, awfully dreadfully frightful that it made my hair stand on end. haha! Oh... it reminds me of a person, I dislike people complaining about how bad his partner is just to get the attention lor, and end of it was to hint about liking her! For goodness sake. I always believe that a guy who betray his partner will treat you the same. Its not that i wants to end our friendship by not replying message. I just want to stop that weird thoughts of yours and hoped to wake your idea! Cherish people who loves u. To pick someone whom you will not be satisfied with just be cos you're afraid of being lonely is really unfair to that person. Its cruel to keep someone you don't love that much anymore, and not letting him/her know your true feelings. Who knows what will happen in the future. If one day bb don't love me anymore, i hope he can be honest with me too! Ops, i'm blogging such personal stuff here. But i really really cannot "Tahan" lor... =X Told him many times but still message me like he is in his own world, don't listen one lei!! =X Anw, nobody knows who i'm talking about. Wish that person could sees it! But i think its not going to be possible. Lol

And guess what happened during my lunch time today? I've found a housefly in my food! I feel it is a BIG enuff turn off for me! Arrrgghhh! Don't ever want to see any housefly buzzes around me, I'll make sure I'll smack it death!

I need to buck up for my driving, boss has been stressing me about it! I still prefer to sit back relax and let bb be my chauffeur. *Giggles*

Dolphins save human from Sharks

In New Zealand or any other areas for that matter, dolphins usually swim next to humans or play with each other. This time, they decided to do something different, a story that will make us smile and think about these adorable creatures.

People sawMoko, a bottlenose dolphin swim to two stranded whales and guiding them back to safety. According to a New Zealand Conservation Department worker, twowhales - a mother and her calf - were stranded off Mahia Beach, rescuers trying for more than an hour to get them to safety. Workers were even thinking about euthanizing them, to prevent a prolonged death. “They kept getting disorientated and stranding again,” said Smith, who was among the rescuers. “They obviously couldn’t find their way back past (the sandbar) to the sea.”

But help came from Moko. It approached the two whales and lead them along the beach and through a channel out to the open sea.“Moko just came flying through the water and pushed in between us and the whales,” Juanita Symes, another rescuer, told the Associated Press. “She got them to head toward the hill, where the channel is. It was an amazing experience.”
The gesture is even more surprizing since, according to rescuers, it was the first inter-species helping technique they have seen.

I've always wish to interact with Dolphins ever since i was a child. Dolphins are gentle sea animals who are kind to humans. I’ve read stories about how dolphins saved the lives of many surfers. It’s interesting to know that they are able to sense humans who are in danger.
